Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Begins Branch Enhancement and Modernization in Sta. Rosa to Elevate Customer Experience

Laguna, Philippines, 15 December 2025 – Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) announces the start of a major branch enhancement program with the transformation of its Sta. Rosa branch, beginning 16 December 2025.

This initiative marks the first step in a broader plan to modernize Salmon Bank branches to deliver safer, more comfortable, and more future-ready banking spaces for customers and employees.

As part of this transformation and investments in high-quality new faculties, the Sta. Rosa branch will temporarily restrict in-branch operations to allow for the completion of structural reinforcement and modernization of works. These upgrades are designed to improve safety standards, service quality, and overall customer experience. The enhancement works are expected to be completed within approximately seven (7) months, with regular updates shared through Salmon Bank’s official online and offline channels.

 

Banking services continue without interruption

While the Sta. Rosa branch undergoes its transformation, Salmon Bank remains committed to uninterrupted customer service:

  • A temporary service booth will be located in front of the Sta. Rosa branch and will assist clients with account servicing, document submission, inquiries, and customer support.

  • A temporary office within Sta. Rosa, Laguna, will soon be established to handle additional servicing needs. Clients will be informed as soon as it becomes fully equipped to accept cash transactions, including deposits.

  • Cash and check transactions will be accommodated at the Bacoor branch, with on-site guidance provided by the Sta. Rosa service booth team.

  • To ensure convenience, no additional fees will be charged to Sta. Rosa clients using the Bacoor branch or interim service facilities.

  • A complimentary shuttle service will be available for clients traveling between Sta. Rosa and Bacoor. Shuttle routes, schedules, and pickup/drop-off points will be posted at the service booth and on Salmon Bank’s digital channels.

Clients are also encouraged to use Salmon Bank’s digital channels for non-cash transactions, account management, and other everyday banking needs during the transformation period.

 

Ongoing support and open communication

Sta. Rosa branch phone lines will remain active throughout the enhancement of work. Clients with pending or ongoing transactions may visit the service booth for assistance or contact their branch of account for coordination and status updates.
