Temporary closure of Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Sta. Rosa branch starting 16 December 2025

Laguna, Philippines, 15 December 2025 – Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) announces the temporary closure of its Sta. Rosa branch starting 16 December 2025 as part of its planned transformation and enhancement program aimed at improving safety, service quality, and long-term customer experience.
Preparations for branch enhancement and structural reinforcement work will begin as soon as possible. As a result, the branch must be temporarily vacated for the safety of clients and employees. The modernization work is expected to be completed within approximately seven (7) months, during which time clients will be updated via the Bank's official online and offline channels.
Salmon Bank will remain fully operational during the temporary closure through interim servicing arrangements. A temporary office within Sta. Rosa, Laguna, and a service booth located in front of the Sta. Rosa branch will support client requests, while cash and check transactions will be accommodated at the Bacoor branch with guidance from the service booth team. No additional fees will be charged to Sta. Rosa clients using the Bacoor branch or interim facilities.
The Bacoor branch is sufficiently equipped with the capacity, facilities, and staffing to support increased check and cash transactions from Sta. Rosa clients, and as such, a complimentary shuttle service will be provided to clients needing to travel between the two branches. Shuttle routes, schedules, and pickup and drop-off details will be posted at the temporary service booth and on digital channels.
Clients will be informed through official Salmon Bank channels as soon as the temporary office within Sta. Rosa is fully equipped to accept cash transactions, including deposits and other cash-related requests. The temporary service booth in front of the Sta. Rosa branch will be able to help with account servicing, document submission, and customer support.
When possible, clients are encouraged to use available digital channels for non-cash and check transactions, account management, and other servicing needs.
For any pending transactions at the Sta. Rosa branch, clients may visit the temporary service booth to be assisted with their request and guided to the appropriate servicing channel. Alternatively, clients may also contact their branch of account as Sta. Rosa phone lines will remain active throughout the modernization efforts, and they may contact the customer service team to verify transaction status and coordinate with appropriate internal departments to ensure proper handling.
Clients may reach customer support through the following channels during operating hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Sunday):
- Support Chat: Available in Salmon app
- Email: [email protected]
- Hotline: +63 919 059 7388
The safety of clients and employees is the top priority. Salmon Bank is fully committed to providing uninterrupted and secure banking services during this temporary closure and values the understanding and patience of its clients as it works to deliver an improved banking experience.
