Derrick will spearhead the management of the finance function and the creation of corporate development functions, which will encompass corporate finance and planning, capital raising, investor relations, and other strategic initiatives.
Derrick is joining Salmon as an accomplished financial services leader with 15 years of investment banking experience across global banks such as Citigroup, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Standard Chartered, and Nomura. In his most recent role at Nomura, where he served as an Executive Director, he led the company’s coverage of Southeast Asia financial institutions and the Asia-Pacific headquarters of global insurance firms. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Business Management.
