Rosa (Laguna), Inc.
As part of the ongoing efforts to enhance customer experience and streamline its services, loan accounts previously held by Sunprime Finance Inc. will now be part of Rural Bank of Sta. Rosa (Laguna), Inc.. This move aims to provide valued customers with improved access to financial services and enhanced support throughout their daily financial needs.
Customers, who form part of this transfer, will receive notifications via SMS and email informing them of the loan reassignment. There will be no changes to their product’s terms and conditions, loan details, payment schedules and payee name. Customers can continue making their repayments on time using the same payment information through the Salmon app or through existing Salmon payment channels. There is also no change for customers when using the Salmon mobile app. The app will still reflect the customer’s loan status, balance, and due dates.
Please note that any messages advising Salmon customers to now make repayments to a different payee might be coming from fraudsters. Customer payments should still be sent to Salmon or Sunprime.
