About the role
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis and modeling and the ability to think creatively to solve complex financial problems.
Key responsibilities
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking
- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc) considering company’s goals and financial standing
- Conduct financial analysis including unit cost analysis and modeling to support business decisions and identify areas of improvement
- Prepare and present regular financial reports and forecasts to key stakeholders
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
- Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Manage the preparation of the Group’s consolidated budget, business plans, financial forecasts and summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, math, sciences or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in financial analysis
- Proficient in spreadsheets (i.e. Excel power user), databases, MS Office and financial software applications
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with financial reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup with an office in Bonifacio Global City (Taguig City)
