FAQs

Here are the IDs you can submit for your loan application:
  • Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) Card
  • Driver’s License
  • Voter’s ID
  • PhilSys ID (Philippine Identification System ID)
  • Social Security System (SSS) Card
  • Philippine passport
  • PRC ID (Professional Regulation Commission ID)
  • Postal ID

For online loan applications
PRC and Voter’s IDs are not accepted. Also, we only accept the plastic card PhilSys ID, not the digital version.
Log in to the Salmon app using the mobile phone number you provided during registration. Once logged in, select the loan product you wish to repay from the options available on the Home screen.
After reviewing your payment due dates and amount dues, tap "Go to payment" and choose a payment method.

You have four (4) repayment options:
  • QR Ph: The fastest way to repay. Just generate a QR code in the Salmon app and upload it to any e-wallet or bank to repay. No need for manual log in with OTP
  • E-wallets (GCash and Maya): The Salmon app redirects to your e-wallet of choice, where you can repay the loan
  • Over-the-counter services (7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, SM Bills Payments, and MLhuillier): To use these services, get payment details from the app and go to one of the branches of these over-the-counter services to repay your loan
  • Online banking (UnionBank, RCBC, BDO, and BPI): The Salmon app redirects to your bank of choice, where you can repay the loan.

Follow the on-screen instructions to make the payment. Payments are posted in real-time, with confirmation via SMS or push notification.

You can also repay your loan by logging into your account on the Salmon website.

  • Go to the Salmon website
  • Click on "Log In"
  • Select "For customers"
  • Enter your Salmon-registered mobile number and log in via OTP
  • Check your due date and the amount due
  • Select your preferred payment method and click "pay"
