Sales Ambassador

Plans and executes daily activities related to loan products at the assigned retail store(s)
Promotes all products to both potential and existing customers inside the retail store(s)
Assists and processes customer applications through provided channels at the assigned retail store(s)
Ensures safe keeping all company assets issued to him/her
Builds good relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
Ensures marketing collaterals are in place and highly visible in his/her assigned retail store(s)
Ensures monthly targets are achieved
Provides outstanding customer service before, during and after customer applications
Asks all customers for referrals
Develops strong relationships with customers and look for opportunities to cross-sell other products
Takes full advantage of company training sessions and literature to remain current with all products
