We are a fintech company in the Eastern Asia region looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to structure and lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an agile, hands-on manager who can both develop a high-performing team and personally execute strategies to drive business growth through digital marketing channels. Our first and main challenge for you will be launching digital acquisition from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage performance-based online marketing strategies and campaigns across paid traffic channels.
- Manage day-to-day campaign metrics and optimizations to ensure the maximum ROI, including A/B testing, budget pacing, and multivariate testing.
- Create and manage a data-driven approach to optimize digital marketing performance, tracking funnel conversion rates, and making improvements as necessary.
- Drive customer acquisition, customer engagement, and customer retention strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on marketing strategies and optimize customer experience.
- Stay current with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role with demonstrable success.
- Comprehensive knowledge of web analytics tools, Google Adwords, and other relevant platforms.
- Adeptness in analyzing data and delivering evidence-based recommendations.
- Fluency in English

- Great knowledge of product marketing, product design, SMM, SEO.
