Big Treats for Real Santas Holiday Raffle

1. Eligibility

The promo is open to all Philippine residents aged 18 years old and above who successfully avail of a Salmon Product Loan within the promo period. Participants must have a valid government-issued ID and complete a separate registration to join the raffle. Submission of a loan application does not automatically register a customer for the raffle. Only participants who complete registration at the official promo page (http://salmon.ph/realsantas) will be eligible to join.

Employees of Salmon, its affiliates, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining.

2. How to Join

1. Avail of a Salmon Product Loan during the promo period.

2. Complete the registration form at http://salmon.ph/realsantas by providing the following details:

• Complete Name

• Complete Address

• Contact Mobile Number

No upload of proof of availment is required at the registration stage. Eligibility will be verified internally through Salmon’s system records, which confirm whether the participant has an approved Product Loan during the promo period.

Proof of loan availment may be requested from the winners only during prize verification if further validation is needed. 

Valid government-issued ID shall only be required from confirmed winners during the prize verification process.

3. By registering, participants voluntarily consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by Salmon for purposes of promo administration, participant verification, and prize delivery, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its implementing rules. In the event of winning, participants further consent to the use of their names, photos, and videos for promo-related announcements and marketing materials, subject to separate written confirmation prior to publication. Participants may withdraw or modify their consent at any time by contacting Salmon through the official app or customer service channels, subject to applicable laws and reasonable notice requirements.

4. After registration, participants will receive a unique referral link.

• Social Media Share: Participants who share their referral link on social media will earn one (1) additional raffle entry.

• Referral: Participants may share their link; if at least one (1) new registrant joins using that link, the referrer earns one (1) additional raffle entry. Only one referral bonus may be earned.

All additional entry tasks will be verified within three (3) days. Invalid or tampered entries will be disqualified with prior DTI concurrence.

The deadline for registration to earn a valid entry is January 11, 2026 (end of store hours).

3. Raffle Prizes

• Weekly Draws: 10 winners of ₱10,000 each (credited via GCash).

• Grand Draw (January 13, 2026): 3 winners of ₱100,000 each (credited via GCash).

A participant may win only once. If a name is drawn more than once, the winner will receive the prize of higher value.

Taxes and Expenses: Prizes exceeding ₱10,000 are subject to 20% withholding tax, which will be shouldered by Salmon. All registration and related expenses for claiming prizes shall also be borne by Salmon.

4. Raffle Draw and Schedule

Entries will be accepted from November 17, 2025 until January 11, 2026. 

1. All valid entries received within the promo period will remain eligible for all succeeding draws until the end of the promotion, unless the participant has already won. Once drawn as a winner, the entry will be excluded from succeeding draws. Entries received prior to each draw date will automatically be part of that week’s draw.

The schedule of draws is as follows:

All valid entries will remain in the raffle pool until the Grand Draw. Once an entry is submitted, it remains valid for all subsequent draws.

5. Winner Selection and Prize Redemption

• Winners will be drawn electronically via random.org, under the supervision of a DTI representative. 

• Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email, push notification or SMS within seven (7) days from the draw date.

• Prizes will be credited to the winner’s GCash account within fourteen (14) working days from verification.

• Winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of registered notice; otherwise, prizes will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.

Winners must ensure their GCash accounts are valid and active. Salmon is not liable for failed crediting due to incorrect or inactive accounts.

6. Data Privacy and Security

Salmon adheres to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations:

• Data collected will be used solely for promo registration, validation, and prize delivery.

• Data will be retained for up to one (1) year after promo completion, then securely deleted.

• Participant data may be shared with authorized service providers (e.g., GCash) for prize crediting under a Data Sharing Agreement compliant with NPC Circular 2020-03.

• Salmon implements encryption, access controls, and security safeguards to protect participant data.

7. General Conditions

• Cancelled, invalid, or fraudulent transactions are not eligible.

• Salmon reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating promo mechanics, subject to DTI concurrence.

• Salmon may use winners' names, photos, and videos for promo-related announcements only with written consent from the winners.

• In case of disputes, the decision of Salmon with DTI concurrence shall be final and irrevocable.
