Bring-a-Friend Get a Chance to Win P5,000

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern participation in the Bring-a-Friend Get a Chance to Win 5000 Promo ("Promo"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these T&C and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding.

1. Sponsor / Organizer

Sunprime Finance Inc., a company organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office at 6th Floor, One/NEO Building, 3rd Avenue corner 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Philippines ("Sponsor").

2. Permit

This Promo is subject to and shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). DTI Permit No.: FTEB-250833 Series of 2026.

3. Promo Period

09 March 2026 to 05 April 2026, inclusive ("Promo Period"). Sponsor’s system timestamp shall prevail.

4. Eligibility

The Promo is open to individuals who:
a) are at least eighteen (18) years old;
b) are residents of the Philippines;
c) have an active account/profile with Sponsor’s platform/app; and
d) meet all qualification and verification requirements set by Sponsor.

Employees of Sunprime Finance Inc., including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and all persons directly involved in the development, management, and administration of this Promo, are disqualified from participating.

5. Definitions

a) "Referrer" means an eligible participant who shares an invitation/referral link or code.
b) "Referral" means a person invited by the Referrer.
c) “Successful Referral” means a Referral who, within the Promo Period:
(i) applies for and is approved for the applicable product of Sponsor;
(ii) successfully activates the approved account and maintains it in good standing for at least 3 days, as reflected in Sponsor’s records; and
(iii) is correctly tagged to the Referrer through the official referral link/code.
Approval for any product is subject to Sponsor’s independent credit/eligibility assessment. Sponsor does not guarantee product approval.

6. How to Join

a) The Referrer shares the official referral link/code through Sponsor’s mobile app.
b) The Referral must use the Referrer’s link/code and complete the required steps for a Successful Referral within the Promo Period.
c) Only Successful Referrals will generate raffle entries (see Section 7).

7. Weekly Raffle

7.1 Prizes
There will be three (3) raffle winners every week, and each winner will receive PHP 5,000 ("Raffle Prize").
Total Raffle Prizes for the Promo Period: twelve (12) winners x PHP 5,000.

7.2 Raffle Draw Schedule
Entries will be accepted from March 09, 2026 until April 05, 2026. 

All valid entries received within the promo period will remain eligible for all succeeding draws until the end of the promotion, unless the participant has already won. Once drawn as a winner, the entry will be excluded from succeeding draws. Entries received prior to each draw date will automatically be part of that week’s draw.

All valid entries will remain in the raffle pool until the Grand Draw. Once an entry is submitted, it remains valid for all subsequent draws.

7.3 Raffle Entries
Each Successful Referral earns the Referrer one (1) raffle entry.
A Referrer may earn up to a maximum of ten (10) raffle entries for the entire Promo Period (corresponding to a maximum of ten (10) Successful Referrals).

7.4 Draw Method
The draw will be conducted electronically using random.org, under the supervision of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative.

7.5 Posting of Winners
Winner names will be posted on Sponsor’s website every Wednesday following each Tuesday draw (subject to verification).

8. Guaranteed Reward Under Separate BAF Rules

Successful Referrals may also qualify the Referrer for a guaranteed reward under Sponsor’s Bring-a-Friend (BAF) program rules. Such guaranteed reward is governed by separate BAF terms and is not part of the Raffle Prize described in Section 7.

9. Winner Notification and Verification

a) Winners will be notified through Sponsor’s registered channels (e.g., in-app notification, SMS, email, and/or phone call).
b) Sponsor may require winners to present valid identification and any additional information needed to verify eligibility and to facilitate payout.
c) If a winner cannot be reached through electronic channels, Sponsor may send a written notice to the winner’s registered address.
d) Failure to comply with verification requirements within the prescribed period may result in forfeiture of the Raffle Prize.

10. Prize Claiming and Payout

a) The Raffle Prize will be paid out via the winner’s chosen e-wallet: GCash or Maya, subject to the winner having an eligible and verified account.
b) Sponsor may require the winner’s Tax Identification Number (TIN) and other tax-related information when applicable.
c) Unless otherwise required by law or stated in the DTI permit conditions, the Raffle Prize shall be released net of applicable taxes (if any) as administered by Sponsor.
d) The Raffle Prize is non-transferable and cannot be converted to other forms except at Sponsor’s discretion when required for payout processing.

11. Disqualification; Fraud and Abuse

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant and/or void entries for fraud, tampering, abuse, multiple/duplicate accounts, misrepresentation, or any act intended to undermine the fair conduct of the Promo. Sponsor’s decision shall be final.

12. Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner is disqualified, fails verification, or does not claim/receive the Raffle Prize within the period stated in Sponsor’s notice, the prize may be deemed unclaimed and disposed of in accordance with applicable DTI rules and the DTI permit conditions.

13. Data Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection, use, processing, and sharing of your personal data for Promo administration, verification, winner announcement, and prize fulfillment, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Sponsor’s Privacy Notice.

14. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor shall not be responsible for (i) technical failures, system errors, or network issues, (ii) incorrect information provided by participants, or (iii) delays or failures caused by third parties beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. Participants agree that Sponsor’s liability, if any, is limited to prize fulfillment as required by law.

15. Changes; Suspension; Termination

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promo (subject to DTI approval/notice when required) due to force majeure, system issues, security concerns, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

16. Governing Law and Disputes
