DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-256833 Series of 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the Catchback Promo ("Promo") organized by Salmon Finance Inc. ("Salmon" or "Sponsor"). The Promo runs from 20 May 2026 to 31 August 2026 in the Philippines. By joining, participants agree to these T&C. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding, subject to DTI concurrence

1.  ORGANIZER

Salmon Finance Inc., 6th Floor, One/NEO Building, 3rd Avenue corner 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines.

2.  DTI PERMIT

This Promo is conducted under DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-256833 Series of 2026.

3.  PROMO PERIOD

20 May 2026 to 31 August 2026. Qualifying transactions must be completed within this period. All unused spin entitlements expire on 31 August 2026. The Sponsor's system timestamp is the official reference for all timing.

4.  WHO CAN JOIN

The Promo is open to individuals who:

• Hold a valid Salmon Revolving Credit Line (RCL)

• Have the Salmon mobile app installed and a verified account

• Are at least 18 years old

• Are residents of the Philippines

The following persons are NOT eligible:

• Employees of Salmon Finance Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates

• Relatives of employees up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity

• Persons directly involved in running this Promo

5.  HOW TO EARN A FREE SPIN

5.1  Qualifying Purchase

Spend PHP 1,000.00 or more in a single transaction at a participating merchant location using your Salmon RCL Card. Each qualifying transaction earns one (1) free spin.

5.2  Participating Merchants

Purchases must be made at stores with a Terminal ID registered in Salmon's active Participating Merchant Registry. The full and current list is published at: salmon.ph/catchback

5.3  Maximum Spins

Each cardholder may earn a maximum of ten (10) free spins per calendar month during the Promo Period. Once the monthly limit is reached, qualifying transactions in that month will not earn additional spins. The limit resets at the start of each new calendar month. This limit is enforced automatically by the Sponsor's backend system.

5.4  Transactions That Do Not Qualify

• Purchases below PHP 1,000.00

• Purchases at stores not listed in the Merchant Registry

• Refunded, reversed, or disputed transactions

• Transactions outside the Promo Period

6.  OPT-IN REGISTRATION

Before using your first spin, you must complete a one-time registration inside the Salmon app. This step is required for all participants.

How to register:

• Open the Salmon app and go to the Catchback section

• Tap "Join the Promo"

• Read and tick: "I agree to the Catchback Terms and Conditions"

• Read and tick: "I consent to Salmon processing my personal data for this Promo"

• Tap "Confirm"

Registration takes only a few seconds and is required only once. Any spin entitlements already in your account before registration will be available immediately after you register.

7.  HOW TO SPIN

After registering and earning a spin entitlement:

• Open the Salmon app and go to the Catchback section

• Tap the SPIN button on the Virtual Wheel of Fortune

• Your prize result is shown instantly on screen

• Your certificate is sent to your registered email address within 10 minutes

You do not have to spin immediately. Your entitlements are saved and can be used at any time before 31 August 2026.

Prize outcomes are determined by a server-side Random Number Generator (RNG) configured by Salmon. The app has no ability to predict, influence, or alter the result.

8.  PRIZES

The full prize list — including categories, quantities, and values — is published at: salmon.ph/catchback

Prize rules:

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

• Salmon may substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value, subject to prior DTI approval

• New prize categories may be added during the Promo Period provided amendment is approved by DTI. Any changes will be published at salmon.ph/catchback at least one (1) business day before taking effect

9.  HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE

9.1  Instant Award

Prizes are awarded instantly at the time of the spin. Your prize certificate is sent to your registered email address within 10 minutes of the spin.

9.2  Claiming Period

You must redeem your prize within 60 calendar days from the date it was awarded. Prizes not redeemed within this period are forfeited in favor of Salmon, subject to prior DTI approval.

9.3  How to Redeem

Open the certificate sent to your registered email address and follow the redemption instructions. Present the certificate at the partner merchant.

9.4  Alternative Delivery

If your certificate email is not received within 10 minutes, contact Salmon support via in-app chat.

10.  WINNER NOTIFICATION

You are notified of your prize immediately through:

• Push notification on your mobile device.

• Email notification.

• Prize result screen in the Salmon app. 

11.  ADDING NEW MERCHANT LOCATIONS

New participating stores may be added during the Promo Period with approval from DTI provided approved mechanics remained the same. The updated list is published at salmon.ph/catchback within 3 business days.

12.  DATA PRIVACY

Salmon collects and uses personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Your data is used for:

• Verifying your eligibility and transactions

• Managing spin entitlements and prizes

• Notifying you of wins and prize redemption

• DTI audit and compliance requirements

• Publishing your name as a winner (photos or videos require your separate written consent)

Your data may be shared with third-party service providers only to the extent needed to run this Promo, under data processing agreements. Your personal data is not shared with partner merchants.

13.  DISQUALIFICATION

Salmon may disqualify any participant and void any spin entitlements or prizes that involve fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation, subject to DTI concurrence.

14.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Salmon is not liable for: (i) technical failures or network issues beyond its reasonable control; (ii) incorrect information provided by participants; or (iii) delays caused by third parties. Salmon's liability is limited to prize fulfillment as required by law.

15.  CHANGES AND TERMINATION

Salmon may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promo due to force majeure, system issues, or other circumstances beyond its control, subject to DTI approval. Any material change will be announced in the same manner as the original Promo.

17.  GOVERNING LAW

These T&C are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes shall be filed in the proper courts of Taguig City.

18.  GENERAL

• This Promo cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated by Salmon.

• All Salmon decisions, with DTI concurrence, are final and binding.

• Any change in promo mechanics is subject to prior DTI approval when required.
