These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the “Deposit & Win Dyson & De'Longhi” Promo (“Promo”) organized by Salmon Bank (Rural Bank) Inc. (“the Bank”). The Promo shall run from March 24, 2026 to April 19, 2026 (the “Promo Period”) in the Philippines. By registering and participating in the Promo, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all decisions made by the Bank, which are final and binding.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Promo is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above, residing in the Philippines, who open a Time Deposit account through the official Promo page: https://salmon.ph/salmonbank-deposits-dbph orhttps://salmon.onelink.me/81IH/dbph during the Promo Period.

1.2 To qualify for one (1) raffle entry, participants must open a deposit account with a minimum placement amount of ₱100,000 during the Promo Period via the designated Promo page.

1.3 Each qualified participant shall be entitled to only one (1) raffle entry, regardless of the number of deposit accounts opened during the Promo Period.

1.4 The minimum deposit amount of ₱100,000 must be maintained until the raffle draw date. Any withdrawal or reduction below the required minimum balance shall result in disqualification from the Promo.

1.5 Employees of the Bank, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating.

2. Registration and Confirmation of Participation

2.1 To participate in the raffle, eligible participants must complete a registration and confirmation process through the designated Promo page during the Promo Period.

2.2 During registration, participants must expressly confirm their intention to join the raffle by ticking the consent checkbox or clicking the “Join now” button indicating their agreement to participate.

2.3 Registration and confirmation of participation in the raffle shall be accepted only until April 19, 2026 at 10:00 (Philippine Standard Time). Only participants who have successfully completed the registration and explicit confirmation process on or before the stated deadline shall be entitled to receive one (1) raffle entry.

2.4 Raffle entries shall only be credited upon successful registration and explicit confirmation of participation.

2.5 Automatic earning or crediting of raffle entries without prior registration and confirmation shall not be allowed.

2.6 The Bank shall maintain electronic backend records reflecting the participant’s registration date, time stamp, confirmation status, and eligibility for audit and DTI verification purposes.

2.7 Participants shall receive confirmation of successful registration via in-app notification, SMS, or email.

2.8 Participants who wish to withdraw their participation prior to the raffle draw may contact the Bank’s Customer Support via the Salmon App, visit any branch, or email: [email protected].

2.9 Participants are responsible for ensuring that their contact information registered with the Bank is accurate and up to date.

3. Raffle Draw and Prizes

3.1 There shall be three (3) winners during the Promo Period.

3.2 The raffle prizes are as follows:

• One (1) unit DeLonghi Fully Automatic Espresso Machine – Magnifica S

• One (1) unit Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute Vacuum Cleaner

• One (1) unit Dyson Purifier Cool PC1

3.3 Each qualified participant may win only once during the entire Promo Period.

3.4 The raffle draw shall be conducted on April 19, 2026 at 15:00 via electronic draw using the Random.org system, in the presence of a DTI representative.

3.5 Winners shall be notified through registered mail, email, and SMS within seven (7) calendar days from the raffle draw date.

3.6 The winners’ names shall be posted on the Bank’s official website (https://salmon.ph/promos) and official social media pages. By participating in the Promo, participants consent to such publication if declared winners.

4. Prize Redemption

4.1 Winners may claim their prizes at the nearest Abenson store to the winner’s registered address. If no Abenson store is available near the winner’s location, delivery shall be arranged by the Bank at no cost to the winner.

4.2 To claim the prize, the winner must present:

  • A valid government-issued identification card;

  • Proof of notification confirming that he or she has been declared a winner; and

  • A valid and updated Tax Identification Number (TIN).

4.3 If claimed through an authorized representative, the representative must present:

  • A duly signed authorization letter;

  • Copy of the winner’s valid ID;

  • Representative’s valid ID;

  • Proof of notification; and

  • Winner’s valid and updated TIN.

4.4 Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of notice. Otherwise, prizes shall be forfeited in favor of the Bank with prior DTI approval.

4.5 Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash. All applicable taxes on the prize shall be shouldered by the Bank.

5. Data Privacy

5.1 In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines), participants must provide explicit consent prior to joining the raffle.

5.2 By registering and confirming participation, participants expressly authorize the Bank to collect, process, and use their personal data solely for purposes of administering this Promo, including validation of eligibility, raffle draw processing, winner notification, and prize fulfillment.

5.3 Consent shall be obtained prior to the issuance of raffle entries and shall be properly recorded in the Bank’s system.

5.4 The Bank shall process personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the Bank’s Privacy Notice – Promotions.

6. Complaints and Assistance

For concerns, participants may contact the Bank’s Customer Support via the Salmon App, visit any branch, or email: [email protected].

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 All deposit accounts remain subject to the Bank’s Deposit Terms and Conditions.

7.2 This Promo cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless explicitly stated.

7.3 The Bank reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions.

7.4 The Bank shall not be liable for failure to honor raffle entries or deliver prizes due to fraud or force majeure.

7.5 All decisions made by the Bank, with DTI concurrence, are final and binding.

7.6 All promotional materials shall include the mandatory statement:

“Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-252401 Series of 2026.”

7.7 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

7.8 Any dispute shall be filed exclusively in the proper courts of Taguig City, Philippines.

7.9 Any change in Promo mechanics shall be subject to prior DTI approval when required.
