1. Eligibility

The promotion is open to all Philippine residents aged 18 years old and above who have registered at the official campaign page (http://salmon.ph/feelsgood) and hold at least one active Salmon Finance Inc. product: Credit Line, Product Loan, or Moto Loan.

Participants must register at http://salmon.ph/feelsgood to earn raffle chances. Having an active Salmon product does not automatically enroll a customer in the promotion.

Participants with any overdue payment on their Salmon Finance Inc. credit products at the time of the draw will be automatically excluded from that draw’s entry pool.

Employees of Salmon Finance Inc., its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating.

2. How to Join

1. Visit the official campaign page at http://salmon.ph/feelsgood.

2. Complete the registration form by providing your Full Name, Complete Address, and registered Salmon mobile number.

3. Review the Terms and Conditions and tick the consent checkbox to confirm your explicit opt-in to join the raffle and authorize the collection and processing of your personal data for this promotion. In compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines), registration and consent are required prior to joining the raffle. Holding an active Salmon Finance Inc. product does not constitute automatic enrollment.

4. Verify your mobile number via OTP.

5. Upon successful registration, a success screen will display the list of available tasks and the number of raffle chances each task earns.

6. Complete tasks via your Salmon app or eligible product transactions during the promo period. Raffle chances are credited automatically upon task verification. A push notification and email will be sent each time a new raffle chance is credited to your profile.

3. How to Earn Raffle Chances

Raffle chances are credited based on qualifying actions performed during the promo period (July 15 – September 15, 2026). Participants may earn chances across multiple task types.

Chances are cumulative. New Credit Line customers earn 2 chances upon completing the combined task (Credit Line activation + first qualifying card purchase of at least ₱500). After the combined task is completed, new Credit Line customers may earn up to 10 additional chances for further card purchases of at least ₱500 (max 10 additional transaction chances during the campaign period). Existing Credit Line customers earn up to 10 chances for card purchases of at least ₱500 each (max 10 transactions). The 10-transaction cap applies across the full campaign period regardless of customer type. All chances count toward the same raffle entry pool.

4. Guaranteed Prize

In addition to raffle entries, participants who complete the tasks below will receive a guaranteed 1-pc. Chicken McDo with Rice promo code, regardless of raffle draw outcomes.

4.1  The McDonald’s promo code will be sent to the participant via push notification. To access the promo code, the participant must open the Salmon app and view the campaign Story in the Stories section.

4.2  Participants with any overdue payment on their Salmon Finance Inc. credit products at the time of task completion are not entitled to a guaranteed prize.

4.3  Up to 5,000 McDonald’s promo codes are available. Once the total quantity has been distributed, the guaranteed prize will no longer be available for subsequent qualifications. Availability will be communicated via the Salmon app and campaign page.

6. Raffle Draw and Schedule

6.1 Entries will be accepted from July 15, 2026 until September 15, 2026. All valid entries accumulated from the start of the promo period remain eligible for all subsequent bi-weekly draws, unless the participant has already been confirmed as a bi-weekly raffle winner. All valid entries remain eligible for the Grand Draw regardless of bi-weekly draw outcomes.

6.2 Participants with any overdue payment on a Salmon Finance Inc. credit product at the time of a draw will be excluded from that specific draw’s entry pool.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

7.1  Winners will be drawn electronically via random.org under the supervision of a DTI representative.

7.2  Each participant may win only one (1) prize per bi-weekly raffle draw. If the same participant is selected for multiple prizes within the same draw, the participant shall receive the prize of higher value and the remaining prize(s) shall be immediately re-drawn for a new winner in the same supervised session.

7.3  Once confirmed as a bi-weekly prize winner, a participant’s entries will be excluded from all subsequent bi-weekly draws. However, all bi-weekly winners retain their full accumulated entries and remain eligible to win in the Grand Draw.

7.4  Winners will be notified via registered mail, email, SMS, and push notification within seven (7) days from the draw date. Winners’ names will be posted on the official campaign page at http://salmon.ph/feelsgood and on Salmon Finance Inc.’s official social media pages.

7.5  By participating in the promotion, participants consent to the publication of their names if declared winners.

8. Prize Redemption

8.1  McDonald’s Promo Code (Guaranteed Prize): Upon qualifying, the participant will receive a push notification and email containing a direct link to a dedicated campaign Story within the Salmon mobile app. The Story is accessible only through this link and cannot be reached through other app navigation. The participant must open the link, view the Story, and retrieve their unique McDonald’s promo code, which can be redeemed at any participating McDonald’s Philippines location.

8.2  GCash ₱10,000 Top-up Voucher: Winners will receive a push notification and email confirming their prize. The GCash voucher will be included directly in the winner notification communication. Winners are responsible for maintaining a valid and active GCash account registered to their Salmon mobile number.

8.3  GCash ₱20,000 Top-up Voucher: Winners will receive a push notification and email confirming their prize. The GCash voucher will be included directly in the winner notification communication. Winners must submit their Tax Identification Number (TIN) upon claiming. Salmon Finance Inc. will shoulder the 20% withholding tax.

8.4  Apple iPhone 17 (256GB): Winners will be notified via registered mail, email, SMS, and push notification confirming their prize, with instructions on how to claim the device. Winners may claim their iPhone at their nearest Abenson branch by presenting a valid government-issued ID and proof of winner notification. If there is no Abenson branch in the winner’s city or province, Salmon Finance Inc. will arrange delivery to the winner’s registered address at no cost to the winner.

8.5  Grand Cash Prize (₱500,000): Winners will be notified via registered mail, email, SMS, and push notification confirming their prize. Salmon Finance Inc. will request the winner’s bank account details and Tax Identification Number (TIN) via the winner notification email. Upon receipt and verification, Salmon Finance Inc.’s accounting team will process the bank transfer within fourteen (14) working days.

8.6  All prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Salmon Finance Inc. with prior DTI-FTEB approval.

8.7  Salmon Finance Inc. will shoulder the 20% withholding tax for all prizes exceeding ₱10,000.

8.8  Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash, unless otherwise stated.

9. Data Privacy and Security

9.1  Salmon Finance Inc. adheres to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

9.2  Data collected will be used solely for promo registration, eligibility validation, draw preparation, and prize delivery.

9.3  Data will be retained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Lending Company Regulation Act and relevant SEC memoranda, for a minimum period of five (5) years after promo completion. After the applicable retention period, all personally identifiable information will be securely deleted.

9.4  Participant data may be shared with authorized service providers (e.g., GCash, Abenson) for prize fulfillment under a Data Sharing Agreement compliant with applicable NPC circulars.

10. General Conditions

10.1  Cancelled, invalid, or fraudulent transactions are not eligible for raffle chance generation.

10.2  Salmon Finance Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have violated these mechanics or engaged in fraudulent activity, with prior DTI concurrence.

10.3  Salmon Finance Inc. may use winners’ names, photos, and videos for promo-related announcements and marketing materials only with prior written consent from the winners.

10.4  The customer must notify Salmon Finance Inc. of any complaints within thirty (30) days from the end of the promo period. The decision of Salmon Finance Inc. on the complaint, with DTI concurrence, shall be final.

10.5  Salmon Finance Inc. reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion, subject to prior DTI approval and timely participant notice.

10.6  All decisions made by Salmon Finance Inc., with DTI concurrence, are final and binding.
