Mechanics:

• Any customer who makes a minimum purchase of Php1,000 at a participating store is entitled to one (1) e-raffle entry.
• Bundling of items is allowed.

Eligibility:

• To register, a customer shall avail any Salmon product (Financing or Credit) in any Salmon merchant partner store participating in this promo through a Salmon agent.
• All qualified transactions will automatically earn you an entry to the raffle.

Finance Amount: Minimum of Php 1,000.00
 

Loan Terms: Four (4) months up to Twelve (12) months
 

Downpayment: 10% of the Finance amount:

• The customer shall go through the standard procedure on application, which must be subsequently approved by Salmon.
• Customer should ensure that their contact information is accurate and up to date when making a purchase to facilitate notification in case of a win.
• Customers must pay on or before their monthly due date to be qualified for the draw.
• Customers with payment delays and defaults will be disqualified from the draw.
• All partnered stores with Salmon and their respective patrons are part of the omnibus raffle.
• The promo period is from October 14, 2024, to January 12, 2025.

Weekly Draws:

• Schedule: The raffle will hold one draw per week for 13 weeks, each with its own set of prizes.
• Single Win Rule: Customers can have multiple raffle entries but may only win once. If a customer's name is drawn multiple times, they will receive only the prize from the first draw.
  • If a customer's name is drawn in a week, they win the prize associated with that draw and are automatically excluded from future weekly draws.
  • If the same customer’s name is drawn again in any future weekly draws, their entry will be disqualified, and another name will be chosen.
  • The prize a customer wins is based on the first draw in which their name appears, regardless of the prize value and other subsequent entries.
• Venue and Time of Draw: Venue of the Raffle (e-raffle) shall be at SALMON Head Office at ONE Neo Tower BGC Taguig at 3:00 PM on the draw dates stated below.

Grand Draw:

• Participation: All customers, whether they win a prize in the weekly draws or not, are automatically entered into the grand draw. The grand draw will be held on January 20, 2025.
• Eligibility: Customers who won in the weekly draws are still eligible for the grand draw.
• Single Win Rule: A customer can only win one prize in the grand draw. If a customer’s name is drawn multiple times in the grand draw, they will receive the prize with the higher value.
• Grand Prize: The grand draw features larger prizes, and all entries — including those who won in weekly draws — have an equal chance of winning.
• Venue and Time of Draw: Venue of the Raffle (e-raffle) shall be at SALMON Head Office at ONE Neo Tower BGC Taguig at 3:00 PM on the draw dates stated below.
• Announcement: Winners will be announced 1 week following the Monday draw except for the week of December 23-29 where the draw will be made on January 6, 2025, and the announcement will be on January 13, 2025.

Claiming of Prizes:

• Winners shall be notified via registered mail and SMS, and their names will be posted on the Salmon page.
• Prizes need to be claimed by the winners in designated Salmon partner stores.
• To claim the prize, winners must present one (1) valid ID and sign an acknowledgment receipt.
• If claiming through an authorized representative, present an original signed authorization letter with a copy of his/her valid ID. The representative should also present one (1) valid ID.
• Redemption of prize is 60 days from receipt of the registered notice, otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of Salmon with prior DTI approval.
• Sunprime Finance Inc. shall shoulder 20% final tax of the prize and all other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize such as logistics, insurance, registration, transfer of ownership and other related expenses to claim the prize.
• The prizes are not convertible to cash and not transferrable since the winners should be the same customers who completed the Salmon application process.
• All employees of Salmon and partner merchants and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
• Canceled applications will automatically be disqualified from the draw.

• PRC ID (Professional Regulation Commission ID)

• Draws will be done weekly on the following Monday from the previous week.
• All draws will be conducted with the assistance of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
