These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern participation in the Makina Moto Raffle (“Promo”) organized by Salmon Finance Inc. (“Sponsor”). The Promo shall run from April 9, 2026 to April 13, 2026 (the “Promo Period”) in the Philippines. By registering and participating in the Promo, participants agree to be bound by these T&C, including all decisions made by the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

1. Sponsor / Organizer

Salmon Finance Inc., a company organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office at 6th Floor, One/NEO Building, 3rd Avenue corner 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Philippines (“Sponsor”).

2. Permit

This Promo is subject to and shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-253845 Series of 2026

3. Promo Period

April 9, 2026 to April 13, 2026, inclusive (“Promo Period”). Sponsor’s system timestamp shall prevail for online entries. The deadline for submission of raffle entries is on April 13, 2026 at 15:00 (Philippine Standard Time). Entries submitted after this time shall no longer be accepted.

4. Eligibility

The Promo is open to all individuals who:

  • are at least eighteen (18) years of age;

  • are residents of the Philippines.

Employees of Salmon Finance Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and all persons directly involved in the development, management, and administration of this Promo, are disqualified from participating.

5. How to Join – Entry Methods

Participants may earn raffle entries through the following qualifying actions:

5.1 Online Registration (Pre-Conference) – +1 Raffle Entry

  • Register on the official Promo landing page http://salmon.ph/makina-raffle and complete the registration via the designated Microsoft Form, providing the required information: full name, phone number, email address, complete postal address, link to the published social media post, an uploaded screenshot of the published post as proof of compliance, and consent to participate.

  • Publish a social media repost from https://www.facebook.com/makinamotoph/ with the #WinWithSalmon hashtag designated by the Sponsor.

  • The post must remain public and undeleted until the raffle draw date on April 16, 2026. Removal or privatization of the post prior to the draw shall result in disqualification of the corresponding entry.

5.2 Booth Photo Post (At Conference) – +5 Raffle Entries

  • Publish a post from the Salmon conference booth with the official hashtag #WinWithSalmon.

  • Submit confirmation via the designated Microsoft Form at the Salmon conference booth. The form must include a link to the published post and an uploaded screenshot of the published post as proof of compliance.

  • A Salmon representative will assist eligible participants at the booth.

5.3 Product Loan / POS Application (At Conference) – +10 Raffle Entries

  • Complete a product loan (POS) application with Salmon at the conference booth during the Promo Period.

  • Submit confirmation via the designated Microsoft Form at the Salmon conference booth.

  • Approval of any product loan application is subject to Sponsor’s independent credit and eligibility assessment. Submission of an application alone does not guarantee approval or raffle entry.

All entry methods are cumulative. A single participant may earn a maximum of sixteen (16) raffle entries during the Promo Period (1 + 5 + 10).

6. Entry Consolidation

All entries collected through online registration and through Microsoft Forms at the conference booth will be merged into a single master raffle pool prior to the draw. Each participant’s name will appear in the draw pool a number of times equal to the total validated entries earned across all qualifying actions.

The consolidated list will be finalized no later than April 15, 2026 and made available for DTI inspection upon request.

All additional entry submissions will be validated within three (3) business days of submission. Invalid, tampered, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified, subject to prior DTI concurrence.

7. Registration Data Collected

For all entry methods, participants must provide the following information:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Complete postal address

  • Link to published social media post (where applicable)

  • Screenshot of published social media post (required for Online Registration and Booth Photo Post entries submitted via Microsoft Form)

  • Consent to data processing in accordance with Section 11 hereof

No raffle entry shall be credited without the complete submission of the above required information and explicit consent.

8. Raffle Prizes

The following prizes are available in the Promo:

  • Grand Prize: One (1) motorcycle Yamaha NMAX TECH MAX

  • Runner-Up Prizes: Ten (10) units motorcycle helmet SEC UNIVERSE

Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash. All applicable taxes, including the 20% final withholding tax for prizes exceeding PHP 10,000, shall be shouldered by the Sponsor. Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value with prior DTI approval.

9. Raffle Draw

9.1 The raffle draw shall be conducted on April 16, 2026 at 15:00, using Random.org, an independent online random number generator, under the supervision of a DTI representative.

9.2 One (1) Grand Prize winner and ten (10) Runner-Up Prize winners shall be drawn.

9.3 Each participant may win only once during the Promo. In the event that a participant’s name is drawn more than once, the participant shall receive the prize of higher value, and the lower value prize shall be redrawn.

9.4 Backup winners shall be drawn for each prize category in the event that a primary winner is disqualified, cannot be reached, or fails to claim the prize within the prescribed period.

9.5 The Sponsor’s backend records shall serve as the authoritative source for entry validation, draw results, and audit verification by DTI.

10. Winner Notification and Verification

10.1 Winners shall be notified through the following channels within seven (7) calendar days from the draw date:

  • Direct call and/or SMS, push-notification to the registered phone number;

  • Email to the registered email address; and

  • Registered mail to the complete postal address provided at registration.

10.2 The names of winners shall be posted on the Sponsor’s official website and social media pages after confirmation of eligibility.

10.3 Sponsor may require winners to submit proof of identity and additional information to verify eligibility prior to prize release.

11. Prize Redemption

11.1 To claim the prize, winners must present:

  • A valid government-issued identification card;

  • Proof of winner notification; and

  • A valid and updated Tax Identification Number (TIN). TIN collection is mandatory for all prize types pursuant to applicable tax regulations. Winners without a TIN will be guided through the TIN registration process prior to prize release.

11.2 If claimed through an authorized representative, the representative must present:

  • A duly signed authorization letter from the winner;

  • A copy of the winner’s valid government-issued ID;

  • The representative’s valid government-issued ID;

  • Proof of winner notification; and

  • The winner’s valid and updated TIN.

11.3 Winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of notification or from the date of publication of winner results, whichever comes last. Unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited in favor of the Sponsor with prior DTI approval.

11.4 As the prize is a physical item, no cash equivalent or alternative monetary payout shall be offered, except where required by applicable law or with prior DTI approval.

12. Data Privacy

12.1 In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, participants must provide explicit consent prior to joining the Promo.

12.2 By registering and participating, participants expressly authorize the Sponsor to collect, process, and use their personal data solely for the purposes of administering this Promo, including:

  • Validation of eligibility and raffle entries;

  • Raffle draw processing;

  • Winner notification and prize fulfillment; and

  • Publication of winners’ names on official Sponsor channels (subject to separate written confirmation prior to publication of photos or videos).

12.3 Participants may withdraw or modify their consent at any time by contacting Salmon through the official app, customer service channels, and customer email [email protected], subject to applicable laws and reasonable notice requirements.

12.4 Collected personal data will be retained for up to one (1) year after Promo completion and thereafter securely deleted.

12.5 Sponsor implements appropriate security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect participant data.

13. Disqualification; Fraud and Abuse

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant and void any entries found to involve fraud, tampering, abuse, duplicate accounts, misrepresentation, or any act intended to undermine the fair and transparent conduct of the Promo, subject to DTI concurrence. The Sponsor’s decision, with DTI concurrence, shall be final.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Sponsor shall not be responsible for (i) technical failures, system errors, or network issues beyond its reasonable control; (ii) incorrect or incomplete information provided by participants; or (iii) delays or failures caused by third parties. The Sponsor’s liability, if any, is limited to prize fulfillment as required by applicable law.

15. Changes; Suspension; Termination

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promo subject to prior DTI approval or notice when required, due to force majeure, system issues, security concerns, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control. Any material change to promo mechanics shall be published or announced in the same manner as the original promotion.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These T&C shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute relating to this Promo shall be filed exclusively in the proper courts of Taguig City, Philippines.

18. Miscellaneous

18.1 This Promo cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless explicitly stated by the Sponsor.

18.2 All decisions made by the Sponsor, with DTI concurrence, are final and binding.

18.3 All promotional materials shall include the following mandatory statement:

“DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-253845 Series of 2026.”

18.4 These T&C shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

18.5 Any change in Promo mechanics shall be subject to prior DTI approval when required.
