Promo Period

September 21-October 31, 2026

1. Eligibility

The promotion is open to all Philippine residents aged 18 years old and above who successfully availed Salmon Product Loan at any participating Home Along branches from September 21- October 31, 2026. Participants must register thru the official promo designated Microsoft Form here to earn raffle chances. Having an active Salmon product loan does not automatically enroll a customer in the promotion.

Participants with any overdue payment on their Salmon Finance Inc. credit products at the time of the draw will be automatically excluded from that draw’s entry pool.

Employees of Salmon Finance Inc., its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating.
 

2. How to join

  1. 1.   2. Review the Terms and Conditions and tick the consent checkbox to confirm your explicit opt-in to join the raffle and authorize the collection and processing of your personal data for this promotion. In compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines), registration and consent are required prior to joining the raffle. Holding an active Salmon Finance Inc. product does not constitute automatic enrollment. 

  3. Upon successful registration, a success screen will display.

  4. Raffle chances are credited automatically upon submission of the entry.

 

3. How to earn raffle chances

  1. Open to all customers who successfully avail Salmon Product Loan at any participating Home Along branches from September 21 to October 31,2026 and have registered thru the official promo designated Microsoft Form here

  2. The customer shall go through the standard procedure on application, which must be subsequently approved by Salmon.

  3. The customer should ensure that their contact information is accurate and up to date when making a purchase to facilitate notification in case of a win.

  4. Customers must pay on or before their monthly due date to be qualified for the draw.

  5. Customers with payment delays and defaults will be disqualified from the draw.

5. Raffle draw and schedule

  • 5.1 Participation: All qualified customers are automatically entered into the grand draw. The grand draw will be held on Nov 10, 2026. 

  • Single Win Rule: A customer can only win one prize in the grand draw. If a customer’s name is drawn multiple times in the grand draw, they will receive the prize with the higher value. 

  • Venue and Time of Draw: Venue of the Raffle (e-raffle) shall be at SALMON Head Office at ONE Neo Tower BGC Taguig at 3:00 PM on November 10,2026. The raffle draw shall be witnessed by a DTI Representative

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • 6.1 Winners will be drawn electronically via random.org under the supervision of a DTI representative.

  • 6.2 Each participant may win only one (1) prize on the grand raffle draw. If the same participant is selected for multiple prizes within the same draw, the participant shall receive the prize of higher value and the remaining prize(s) shall be immediately re-drawn for a new winner in the same supervised session.

  • 6.3 Winners will be notified via registered mail, email, SMS, and push notification within seven (7) days from the draw date. Winners’ names will be posted on Salmon Finance Inc.’s official social media pages.

  • 6.4 By participating in the promotion, participants consent to the publication of their names if declared winners.

7. Prize Redemption

  • 7.1 All Raffle Winners will be notified via registered mail, email, SMS confirming their prize. Salmon Finance Inc. will request the winner’s Valid ID via the winner notification email. Upon receipt and verification, Salmon Finance Inc.’s Key Account Management team will process awarding of prizes to all winners.

  • 7.2 All prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Salmon Finance Inc. with prior DTI-FTEB approval.

  • 7.3 Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash, unless otherwise stated.

8. Data Privacy and Security

8.1 Salmon Finance Inc. adheres to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

8.2 Data collected will be used solely for promo registration, eligibility validation, draw preparation, and prize delivery.

8.3 Data will be retained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Lending Company Regulation Act and relevant SEC memoranda, for a minimum period of five (5) years after promo completion. After the applicable retention period, all personally identifiable information will be securely deleted.

8.4 Participant data may be shared with authorized service providers (e.g., GCash,Home Along) for prize fulfillment under a Data Sharing Agreement compliant with applicable NPC circulars.

9. General Conditions

9.1 Cancelled, invalid, or fraudulent transactions are not eligible for raffle chance generation.

9.2 Salmon Finance Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have violated these mechanics or engaged in fraudulent activity, with prior DTI concurrence.

9.3 Salmon Finance Inc. may use winners’ names, photos, and videos for promo-related announcements and marketing materials only with prior written consent from the winners.

9.4 The customer must notify Salmon Finance Inc. of any complaints within thirty (30) days from the end of the promo period. The decision of Salmon Finance Inc. on the complaint, with DTI concurrence, shall be final.

9.5 Salmon Finance Inc. reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion, subject to prior DTI approval and timely participant notice.

9.6 All decisions made by Salmon Finance Inc., with DTI concurrence, are final and binding.
