• The promo period runs from December 17, 2025, to February 15, 2026. Qualified transactions within this period will earn e-raffle tickets.

• The promo is available at participating Toys”R”Us with Salmon Product Loan only

• The deadline for registration to earn a valid entry is on or until February 15, 2026, end of store hours.

• Raffle Draw/Determination of winner(s) will be held on February 19, 2026, 3:00 PM at Salmon’s Office located at 6th Floor, One/Neo Building, 3rd Avenue corner 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City in the presence of a DTI representative

• Eligible customers will get one (1) e-raffle entry when they are successfully approved for a Salmon Product Loan and meet the minimum financed amount of Php 1,500.00

• Winners will be officially notified via email advisory, registered mail, and SMS and/or phone call from Salmon using the mobile number +63- 918-959-2141. Only messages or calls originating from this number are considered official communications from Salmon regarding this promotion.

• Winners will be required to present the SMS notification and a valid ID for verification when claiming their prize.

• Salmon will not send winner notifications through any other mobile number, social media account, or messaging platform.

• The minimum purchase requirement is defined as the net of all applicable discounts (i.e., class discounts, and other Toys”R’Us discounts)

• The promo is valid for both single and bundled items, provided the total amount reaches the minimum financed amount

• The e-raffle entry is earned immediately upon release of the loaned item/s

• Customer shall go through the standard procedure on application subsequently approved by Salmon

• Cancelled applications are not entitled to the raffle promotion

• Promo is valid in conjunction with other ongoing in-store promotions

• Promo is applicable to both new and existing Salmon customers

• Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash

• Splitting to multiple transactions for multiple entries will be disqualified to avail

• Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the Salmon.

• Successfully accomplished registration and consent form will automatically earn an electronic raffle entry for the promo

REDEMPTION PROCESS:

• Winners will be drawn by Salmon in the presence of a DTI representative on February 19, 2026 @ 3:00 PM, and will be announced within 14 days from the raffle draw.

• A participant can only win once. If the same name is drawn more than once, the winner will only be entitled to the raffle prize drawn of higher value

• Winners shall be informed via the following channels:

  • E-mail Advisory

  • SMS Notification and/or Call

  • Registered Mail

• Redemption of prizes is until 60 days upon receipt of registered main notification, and by presenting one
  (1) valid government issued ID and their Salmon approved Product Loan at any participating Toys”R’Us branches

• All unclaimed raffle prizes shall be deemed forfeited upon prior approval from DTI

• Salmon reserves the right and has the authority to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law
