Spyder Raffle Motorcycle Intercom Promo Mechanics

PROMO MECHANICS

1. Promo Offer: Qualified customers shall get a one (1) raffle entry for a chance to win ANY of the following prizes:

a) EJEAS MS20 Motorcycle Intercom – 1 winner

b) EJEAS V4 Plus Motorcycle Helmet Intercom Motor 4 Riders Full Duplex FM Helmet Speaker Headset Interphone – 9 winners

2. Promo Period: Customer can apply between September 15 – November 15 2024, to earn a raffle entry.

3. Participating items: Spyder Helmet

4. Eligibility: This is open to all Salmon Customers of Spyder Stores nationwide who shall meet the following requirements:

a) Finance Amount:  Minimum of Php 1,000.00

b) Product: Helmet

c) Loan Terms: Four (4) months up to Twelve (12) months

d) Downpayment: 10% of the Finance amount

e) Status of Application: Customer’s application date shall be used as reckoning point and shall go through SALMON assessment and approval process. Customer shall be entitled to 1 raffle once the application has been approved and claimed.

5. Disqualification: Employees of Salmon, Spyder, the Sales Ambassador and employees of their respective agencies, and other third-party agents, and their relatives up to second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

6. Raffle Draw and Prizes:

a. The raffle entries from September 15, 2024 to November 15, 2024 shall be drawn on November 21, 2024, along with a DTI Representative.

b. The raffle draw shall be conducted through electronic means.

c. Venue of Raffle (e-raffle) shall be at SALMON Head Office at ONE Neo Tower BGC Taguig, and the raffle winners shall be shown on the official Facebook page of SALMON and the official Facebook page of SPYDER.

d. The Prizes shall be:

Grand Prize – 1 winner of EJEAS MS20 Motorcycle Intercom
Consolation Prize - 9 winners of EJEAS MS20 Motorcycle Intercom

e. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS, and their names will be posted at the official Facebook page of Salmon and Spyder.

f. A name can only win once. In case a name was drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize of higher value.

g. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered mail, or it will be forfeited in favor of SALMON with prior approval of DTI.

h. To claim the raffle prize, the winners shall go to the store branch where the application has been made, look for a SALMON sales agent, and present one (1) Government valid ID.

i. Raffle prizes are not convertible to cash.

j. Winners shall shoulder all costs which may be incurred in claiming the prizes.

k. SALMON and SPYDER reserve the right to use the winner’s name, images and/or videos for announcement, promotional marketing, or publicity in any forms of social media without fees.

7. Concurrent Promotions:   This promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions of SALMON.
