Mechanics:

1. This promo is exclusive at all Metro Retail stores with Salmon sales agents.
2. Any customer who makes a minimum purchase of Php 8,000.00 is entitled to one (1) raffle entry.
3. Bundling of items is allowed.
4. Down payment may be required for this promotion. The minimum downpayment will be based on the total purchase amount of the products availed by the customer.
5. Customers shall go through the standard procedure on application, which must be subsequently approved by Salmon.
6. Customers must ensure that their contact information is accurate and up-to-date when making a purchase to facilitate notification in case of a win.
7. Promo period is from November 25, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
8. Cancelled applications will not be entitled to the promotion.
9. The prize is not convertible to cash.
10. Claiming of Prize:

• Winners will be notified via registered mail and SMS.
• A customer can only win once.
• Prizes will be claimed at the store where the items were purchased.
• To claim the prize, the customer must present one (1) valid ID, notification from Salmon, and sign the acknowledgment receipt.
• Prizes should be claimed within 60 days from receipt of the registered notice, or they will be forfeited in favor of Salmon. Failure to claim shall result in forfeiture of the prize with prior DTI approval.
• Winners shall shoulder all costs which may be incurred in claiming the prize.
• SALMON and Metro Retail Stores, Inc. reserve the right to use the winner’s name, images, and/or videos for announcement, promotional marketing, or publicity in any form of social media without fees.

Disqualification:
Employees of Salmon, Metro Retail Stores, The Sales Ambassadors, employees of their respective agencies, other third-party agents, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

Raffle Draw Schedule:

  • The raffle draw shall be conducted through electronic means.
  • The venue of the raffle (e-raffle) shall be at SALMON Head Office at ONE Neo Tower, BGC Taguig, and the raffle winners shall be shown on the official Facebook page of SALMON and the official Facebook page of Metro Retail Stores, Inc.
