Promo Period:

Eligibility:

• Open to new customers of Salmon Credit.
• Customers must sign up and make a minimum transaction of Php1,000 using QR Ph via the Salmon app within the promo period.
• Bill payments and bank/e-wallet transfers are excluded.
• Only one entry per customer is allowed.
• Customers must ensure their contact information in the Salmon app is accurate.

Raffle Draw:

• Date: January 20, 2025, 2 PM
• Location: Salmon’s Head Office, 6th Floor, One/NEO, 26th St. corner 3rd Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
• To be conducted in the presence of a DTI representative.

Prizes:

• Three (3) iPhone 16 PRO 128GB units.
• Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes over P10,000) and related expenses will be shouldered by Salmon.
• Prizes are non-convertible to cash and non-transferable.

Winner Notification:

• Winners will be notified via registered mail and SMS.
• Names will be posted on Salmon’s Facebook (@salmonphilippines) and Instagram (@salmon_philippines).

Prize Claiming:

• Winners can claim their prize at the nearest MemoXpress branch.
• A valid ID must be presented when claiming the prize.
• For representatives, an authorization letter, a copy of the winner's ID, and the representative's valid ID are required.
• Prizes must be claimed within 60 days of receiving notice; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.

Restrictions:

• Employees of Salmon and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating.

• Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-207452 Series of 2024.
