How can I activate my card?
You can activate your card directly through the Salmon app. The steps are different depending on whether you’re using a virtual card or a physical Salmon Access Card.
For virtual cards
Log in to the Salmon app
On the home page, under Products, tap Credit Line
Check the card section for the message Activation in Progress
If you see Activation in Progress, your card is still being activated.
If the message is no longer visible, your virtual card is active and ready to use.
For physical Salmon Access Cards
There are two ways you can activate your physical Salmon Access Card: by scanning the QR code or manual activation.
Activate your card via QR code
Log in to the Salmon app
Under Your products, tap Credit Line
Tap How to activate your card
Find Salmon Card and tap Activate card
Select Scan the QR code
Allow camera access for verification
Scan the QR code on your physical Salmon Access Card
Confirm card activation
Activate your card manually
Log in to the Salmon app
Go to Credit Line under Your Products
Tap Credit Line
Locate Salmon Card and tap Activate card
Select Activate manually
Enter the 12-character code and the last 4 digits of your card number
Confirm to activate your card
After activation, please note that:
If you see Your card is now active and ready to use on the screen, tap Got it and set your card’s PIN.
If you see Activation started, kindly wait up to 24 hours for the activation to be completed.
If activation is not completed after 24 hours, please contact customer service via in-app chat so we can assist you.
