You can check your loan application status depending on the type of loan you applied for. This will depend on how and where you submitted your application.
Salmon Product Loan
Since a Product Loan can only be availed in one of our partner stores, one of our sales ambassadors will assist you in completing your application.
It will then be reviewed, and they will inform you of your application result as soon as it’s ready.
Salmon Credit Line
If you applied for a Credit Line, you may check your application status directly in the app.
Here’s how to do it:
1. Open the Salmon app
2. Tap Salmon Credit Line under the Your LoanOnline products section
3. You’ll see your current application status right on the screen
4. We’ll also send you a push notification once the result is ready
If your application is approved, the screen will show a message confirming your approval.
You’ll then be guided to review and sign the Credit Line agreement.
If your application is not approved right away, you’ll see a message saying you’ve been added to the waitlist. This means we’ll notify you once a Credit Line offer becomes available.
Salmon Personal Loan
Personal Loan is available only to select customers who have a pre-existing loan history with Salmon.
If you are one of them, you’ll get a notification and see the offer in your app. Once it appears, you can:
Choose your preferred loan amount and payment terms
Review and agree to the terms and conditions
Select your e-wallet or bank account for disbursement
Since the offer is made directly to you, there is no separate application status to check. You’ll complete the steps if you decide to accept the loan.
