How can I know if a Salmon social media page or website is legitimate?

If you see a page, account, or website claiming to be Salmon, it’s important to check if it is legitimate before engaging with it. Fraudulent pages may use Salmon’s name, photos, branding, and even our registration number and licenses to mislead you, so knowing our official channels first will help keep your information and identity safe.

Check if the page or website is official

Before engaging with any page or link, take a look to see if it is among our list of official channels.

Official Salmon social media accounts:

  • Facebook: @salmonphilippines

  • Facebook Community: Salmon PH Community

  • Sales Ambassador and Customer Service recruitment Facebook page: @SalmonCareers

  • Instagram: @salmon_philippines

  • TikTok: @salmonphilippines

  • LinkedIn: @salmonphilippines

Official Salmon websites:

Official email domain:

You may receive emails from Salmon for different reasons, such as job opportunities, application or account updates, or announcements about any upcoming sales, promos, or products. For these, all official email communications from Salmon will only come from email addresses ending in @salmon.group or @fhl.world.

If an email claims to be from Salmon but comes from a different email domain, website, or account, treat it as suspicious and do not engage with it.

What to do if a page looks fraudulent

If you believe a social media page or website is pretending to be Salmon:

  • Do not message, click links, or share personal information

  • Do not send payments or documents to unofficial channels

  • Use the Report feature on the social media platform to flag the account or page

  • Take a screenshot for your reference

This helps protect you and allows the platform to review the page more quickly.

When you suspect a website, page or account is impersonating Salmon, please reach out to Customer Service via in-app chat immediately. Share the link, page name, or screenshot with our agent so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
