How can I make a partial or full return of an item I purchased using a Salmon Product Loan?
If you want to return items purchased using a Salmon Product Loan, the store will review your request.
All returns, whether partial or full, are subject to the store’s final decision and its return and exchange policy. You may cancel your Product Loan only before the item is released or on the same day of release.
If you request a return from the next day onward, the store will decide first and then endorse the request to Salmon for review and assessment. In some cases, cancellation of the Product Loan may still be allowed. How can I cancel my loan?
What is a partial return?
A partial return applies when you purchased multiple items under one approved Product Loan amount but only want to return one or some of them. For example, if you availed a Product Loan and bought several items, but one item is damaged or does not meet your expectations, you may request to return only that specific item.

A full return means returning every item included in your original Product Loan purchase. This may apply if the entire set of items you purchased no longer meets your needs or if issues affect all items you purchased.

How do I request a return for an item or items purchased using a Salmon Product Loan?
To request either a partial or full return, you must visit the same store where you purchased the items. The store will be responsible for evaluating your request and confirming whether the return can be processed:
1. Visit the store where you purchased the items.
2. Inform the store staff that you would like to request a return.
3. Make sure to bring the following:
Your receipt or proof of purchase
The items you want to return
A copy of your Product Loan document from your registered email or the Salmon app
4. The store will review the items and determine whether they meet the requirements for a return based on the store’s policies.
5. After completing their assessment, the store will inform you if the return can be processed during your visit or if there are additional steps you need to follow.
