How can I cancel my loan?

You may request to cancel your loan, but this will depend on the type of loan you have availed. 

Salmon Credit Line 

If you have an outstanding balance, you must fully repay it before your Credit Line can be canceled. 

If you have no outstanding balance, you may cancel your Salmon Credit Line by deleting your Salmon account. Learn how you can delete your account 

Please keep in mind that once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. This might also affect your chances of getting approved for any future applications.  

Salmon Product Loan 

Once your Product Loan is approved, cancellation is generally not allowed. 

However, if the store agreed to cancel your loan on the same day you applied and before the item was released, or if there's an issue with the item and the store cannot replace it, we may review your case. 

If you’re in this situation, please talk to customer service via in-app chat so we can check the details with the store. 

Salmon Personal Loan 

To cancel your Personal Loan, talk to customer service via in-app chat and provide your reasons. This process will take approximately 3 to 5 business days.
