How can I delete my Salmon account?
Please read this first before you delete your account:
Deleting your Salmon account is permanent, and comes with a few important considerations:
- Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered, and this may reduce your chances of approval for future applications.
- You will no longer receive exclusive offers, updates on new products, or have the chance to participate in promotions or special events.
As a regulated financial entity, we are obligated to retain certain personal data for compliance purposes. This means we are unable to completely delete all your information from our system.
Who can delete their account?
You can only delete your Salmon account if:
- All active products linked to your account are closed and all debts are fully paid.
- Note: Products are officially considered closed 30 days after full repayment.
How to delete your Salmon account:
To delete your account, follow these steps:
- Open the Salmon app.
- Tap the Profile icon on the upper right corner.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the Terms and Conditions and tap Continue.
- Confirm by tapping Yes, delete.
- Tap Got it to complete the process.
- Then, please allow us 24 hours to process the deletion. You will receive an SMS update once your account has been successfully deleted.
