Who can apply for a loan?

For Salmon Financing, you need to meet the following requirements:

• You must be a Filipino citizen.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have a source of income. You can either be one of the following:
  • Privately employed
  • Self-employed
  • Business owner
  • Receive remittances

• You must have an active Philippine mobile number.
• You must have an active email address.
• You must have at least one valid government-issued ID from this list: 
  
  • Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) Card
  • Driver’s License
  • Voter’s ID
  • PhilSys ID (Philippine Identification System ID)
  • Social Security System Card (SSS Card)
  • Philippine passport
  • PRC ID (Professional Regulation Commission ID)
  • Postal ID

For Salmon Credit and Cash Loan applications online, please note that only the plastic card version of the PhilSys ID is accepted. The digital version or printed version of the PhilSys ID will not be accepted.

Make sure to use the physical plastic card when submitting your application.
