How can I request a payment link if I cannot log in to the app or receive my one-time code (OTP)?
If you need to pay but cannot access the Salmon app or are not receiving your one-time code (OTP), you may request a one-time payment link by messaging customer service through our official social media channels. Â
You can request one yourself or have a third-party request and pay on your behalf. Â
Â
Before requesting a payment linkÂ
Â
We highly recommend trying these options first.Â
Â
Try alternative payment methods:Â
Pay through our partner apps and self-service kiosksÂ
Â
Try basic troubleshooting on the Salmon app:Â
Clear your app and browser cacheÂ
Try another browser if you are using the customer portal for your one-time codeÂ
Restart your phoneÂ
Check your signal or mobile data to see if it has a strong or stable connection
Â
If none of these work, talk to customer service via our official social media channels.Â
Â
How to request a payment linkÂ
Â
1. Contact customer service via our official Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok channelsÂ
Â
2. Share the amount you want to payÂ
Â
Â
3. Provide your preferred bank or e-money channel so we can generate the correct payment linkÂ
Â
Â
4. Take note: If you have multiple active Salmon loans, you will receive a separate link for each loanÂ
Â
Â
5. Once you receive your link, please take note that it will only be valid for a limited period:Â
Â
Â
For Maya accounts: valid for 1 hourÂ
All other banks and e-money channels: valid for 24 hoursÂ
Â
If the link expires before you can pay, you may request a new one from our customer service agent.Â
