How can I request a payment link if I cannot log in to the app or receive my one-time code (OTP)?
If you need to pay but cannot access the Salmon app or are not receiving your one-time code (OTP), you may request a one-time payment link by messaging customer service through our official social media channels.
You can request one yourself or have a third-party request and pay on your behalf.
Before requesting a payment link
We highly recommend trying these options first.
Try alternative payment methods:
Pay through our partner apps and self-service kiosks
Try basic troubleshooting on the Salmon app:
Clear your app and browser cache
Try another browser if you are using the customer portal for your one-time code
Restart your phone
Check your signal or mobile data to see if it has a strong or stable connection
If none of these work, talk to customer service via our official social media channels.
How to request a payment link
1. Contact customer service via our official Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok channels
2. Share the amount you want to pay
3. Provide your preferred bank or e-money channel so we can generate the correct payment link
4. Take note: If you have multiple active Salmon loans, you will receive a separate link for each loan
5. Once you receive your link, please take note that it will only be valid for a limited period:
For Maya accounts: valid for 1 hour
All other banks and e-money channels: valid for 24 hours
If the link expires before you can pay, you may request a new one from our customer service agent.
