How do fees and interest work?
Your interest rate is fixed — you'll see it in the app before every transaction and on each monthly statement. There are no hidden charges: what you see in your statement is what you owe.
You get a grace period — you get extra time to pay before interest starts. It covers the cycle you spend in, plus the next cycle to pay it off, so you could get up to 62 days interest-free (the exact number depends on the month). The earlier in the cycle you spend, the more time you'll have to repay.
The grace period only applies to purchases you make with your card or via QR. It doesn't apply to cash transfers. Read the detailed explanation of how the grace period works. How does the grace period for Credit Line work?
Transfers and payments sent to a financial institution don't get a grace period. Interest starts right away, and a cash transfer fee also applies. This includes cash withdrawals, transfers to a bank or e-wallet, and QR or card payments to financial institutions — for example, GCash, Maya, banks, and lending companies. For each billing cycle, pay at least the minimum due by your due date. If you don't, we'll charge a late fee.
