How do I add or change an authorized representative for a Salmon loan?

If you are a family member or relative of a Salmon loan account holder who is unable to contact us, such as due to a medical condition, you may reach out as an authorized representative. This allows you to assist with certain loan-related requests on their behalf. To begin, please contact customer service via our in-app chat

Please note: We only accept family members or relatives up to the third degree of consanguinity or affinity (for example: your spouse, child, parent, sibling, cousin, aunt, or uncle). 

To verify your request, we will ask for hospital records or other documents confirming the account holder’s medical condition. 

Once we’ve verified the details and documents you submitted, our customer service team will review the request and contact you for the next steps.
