How do I dispute a transaction on my card?
If you notice a transaction on your card for your Credit Line that seems incorrect, you may file a dispute. This can include situations like duplicate charges, failed withdrawals, canceled orders that were still billed, incorrect amounts, or goods and services that were not delivered as promised.
To file a dispute, please do the following:
1. Open the Salmon app
2. Tap Help
3. Tap Customer Service to talk to an agent
4. Prepare any necessary documentation, such as screenshots and photos that support your concern. This may include:
Your conversation or agreement with the merchant (for cancellations, refunds, or service issues)
Proof of payment or transfer reference numbers
A screenshot of your bank or e-wallet transaction if your issue involves transfers or missing funds
