How do I update my personal information?

You can request to update your name, birthdate, or address on your Salmon account if the details on your file are incorrect or have changed. 

To begin, please contact customer service via our in-app chat 

 

 

Request to change your name or birthdate 

You can request to change your name or birthdate if it was saved incorrectly on your account.  

Please prepare a valid ID showing your correct name or birthdate. See the complete list of valid IDs accepted at Salmon 

If you’ve changed your name due to marriage, please also provide a PSA marriage certificate alongside your valid ID. 

 

 

Request to change your address 

You can request to change your address if you’ve moved or if the address saved on your account is incorrect. Please prepare any of the following documents as proof of your current address.  

Take note that these must display your printed name and address. Documents with handwritten details will not be accepted: 

 

  • Utility bill 

  • Bank statement 

  • Barangay certificate of residency 

 

 

Please take note: 

The processing time to update your name, birthdate, or address takes approximately 3–5 business days.
