How can I tell if an invoice email is from Salmon?

Check that the email:

• comes from [email protected]
• greets you by name
• shows our company tax number, an invoice number, and the billing period

A Salmon invoice email never asks you to pay and has no payment link. We’ll never ask for your password, PIN, one-time code, or full card details by email.

If an email doesn’t match these details, don’t click any links or enter any information. Report it to Customer Service via in-app chat.
