My loan was reassigned to another bank. What does this mean?

You may receive a message from Salmon informing you that your loan has been transferred or reassigned to a partner financing institution, such as Salmon Bank (Rural Bank). This is a standard part of our business operations to help us serve you better. 

Your loan details will stay the same, including your terms, repayment schedule, and interest rate. You can keep using the Salmon app to manage your loan and make repayments.  

No need to contact the new bank, as Salmon will continue to handle all your account-related concerns.
