How will I be notified if I win, and how do I claim my prize?

We’ll notify you within 7 days of the draw by registered mail, email, SMS, or push notification. We’ll also announce the winners in the Salmon app, on our website, and on our official social media pages.

You have 60 days from getting our notice to claim your prize. After that, we consider it forfeited.

To claim it, send an email to [email protected] with a photo or scanned copy of both of these:

• Your valid government-issued ID — see the list of IDs that Salmon accepts
• An additional government-issued document showing your Tax Identification Number (TIN), such as your TIN ID

After we verify your documents, here’s when you get your prize:

• JBL Go 5: we deliver it to the address you gave when you registered, or you pick it up at any Abenson store, within 14 working days
• Honda Click: we hand it over within 90 working days

When you get your Honda Click, you’ll sign an acknowledgment receipt. By law, you need a valid driver’s license to ride it.
