What happens to my cashback after a refund?

When a purchase is refunded, the cashback earned from that purchase is also reversed.

If the amount reversed is more than your available cashback, your cashback balance may temporarily become negative. Future cashback earnings will first cover this amount until your balance returns to ₱0.
