What is a service invoice, and do I need to pay it?

A service invoice is a record of the interest, fees, and penalties we already charged on your loan during a billing period. The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requires us to send it.

You don’t need to pay anything or take any action because of the invoice. It’s not a new charge, and your balance doesn’t change. Your regular payment schedule stays the same.

The invoice shows a total amount due. That’s the total of the charges listed, not a bill.
