If you lose your phone or if your SIM card stops working, the first thing to do is call your mobile service provider and ask for a new SIM card with the same number. This is the best way to secure your data and passwords, as fraudsters gaining access to your SIM card could potentially get into your account.
If you can't get a new SIM card with the same number, please message Salmon Customer Service on our In-App Chat as soon as you can to update the mobile number linked to your account. To do so, first open the Salmon app, tap the Help icon, and then tap Customer Service to talk to an agent.
