What should I do if I lost my phone number?

If you lose your phone or if your SIM card stops working, the first thing to do is call your mobile service provider and ask for a new SIM card with the same number. This is the best way to secure your data and passwords, as fraudsters gaining access to your SIM card could potentially get into your account.


If you can't get a new SIM card with the same number, please message Salmon Customer Care on Messenger as soon as you can to update the mobile number linked to your account.
