What should I do if I see a transaction I don't recognize on my card?

If you notice a transaction you don’t recognize, kindly contact customer service via in-app chat as soon as possible. Our team will help you review the transaction and guide you through the reporting process. 

 

We also recommend that you block or freeze your card to prevent any additional or unauthorized charges. 

 

Once you’ve reported the issue, we will investigate the transaction and contact you inside the app for more updates. 

 

Tips to stay protected 

 

  • Keep your card number, PIN, CVV, and one-time codes (OTPs) private. Salmon will never ask for these details via social media, email, or phone.  

  • Always double-check messages or emails claiming to be from Salmon. We will only reach out to you through our official channels: 

     

    1. Our in-app chat through the Salmon app, our primary and most secure means of communication

     

    2. Our official social media accounts
