Payments are typically posted in your transaction history almost immediately in most instances. We send push notifications or SMS to keep you updated on the status of your payment.
Make sure you’ve allowed the
Salmon app to send these notifications to your mobile device.
You can conveniently track all your payment activities in the "All Transactions" section of the mobile app.
If the loan payment is not recorded in your account after some time, or if you have any concerns about your payment in the app, feel free to reach out to
Salmon Customer Service via our In-App Chat for assistance. To do so, please open the
Salmon app, tap the
Help icon, and then tap
Customer Service to talk to an agent.
Before contacting Customer Service, we kindly ask you to refresh the app, as this may resolve the issue.
