Why am I being asked to verify my ID again?

You may be asked to verify your ID again so we can make sure the information on your Salmon account is accurate and up to date. This helps us keep your account secure and ensure that your records match your current details. 

 

 

You may be asked to verify your ID again if: 

  • The ID you submitted has expired 

  • The ID you provided was missing or unclear 

 

 

When this happens, customer service will reach out to you through your registered email or via in-app chat to guide you on how to resubmit your ID. 

 

 

When uploading, please make sure to follow these ID requirements: 

  • Submit original photos of your ID with clear and readable details. Photocopies are not accepted

  • The only accepted file formats are .jpg, .png, and .pdf 

  • The maximum file size is 5 MB 

 

 

Once your updated ID is reviewed and verified, your account will remain active, and no further action will be needed.
