Why did I get several invoices or one for a loan I’ve already fully paid?

We send one service invoice for each billing period in which we applied charges. That includes earlier periods, so you may get several invoices or one for a loan you’ve already fully paid.

Each invoice is a record of charges we already applied. It’s not a new charge, and your loan stays fully paid.
