What should I do if I’m experiencing other system issues in the Salmon app?

You may encounter system errors in the Salmon app from time to time. This includes if you cannot tap Continue, see a Something went wrong error message, or experience any other unexpected issue.  

 

In most cases, these can be fixed with a few quick troubleshooting steps. 

 

1. Check if your phone’s date and time are synchronized with Philippine Standard Time. If not, enable automatic date and time in your device settings.

 

 

2. Make sure the Salmon app is updated to the latest version from the App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery 

 

 

3. If your app is not updated, please update it first 

 

 

4. If the issue continues, uninstall the Salmon app 

 

 

5. Clear your mobile app cache 

 

 

6. Restart your device 

 

 

7. Reinstall the Salmon app and try logging in again
