Try the following steps if you’re having trouble accessing the Salmon app:
If you still can't get into the app, please message Salmon Customer Care via Messenger.
- Make sure you have the latest version of the Salmon app.
- Check that you're using the mobile number you registered with your Salmon account.
- If you're not receiving an OTP, follow these instructions.
