Try the following steps if you’re having trouble accessing the Salmon app:

Make sure you have the latest version of the Salmon app
Check that you're using the mobile number you registered with your Salmon account
If you're not receiving a one-time code, follow these instructions

If you still can't get into the app, please message Salmon Customer Service via Messenger
