What to do if I can't get the Salmon app to open?

Try the following steps if you’re having trouble accessing the Salmon app:

 

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Salmon app

  2. Check that you're using the mobile number you registered with your Salmon account

  3. If you're not receiving a one-time code, follow these instructions
