What to do if I can't get the Salmon app to open?

Try the following steps if you’re having trouble accessing the Salmon app:

1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Salmon app.
2. Check that you're using the mobile number you registered with your Salmon account.
3. If you're not receiving an OTP, follow these instructions.

If you still can't get into the app, please message Salmon Customer Service via Messenger.
