Is it necessary to submit a payment screenshot after completing a transaction?

There’s no need to take screenshots after you pay your Salmon financial products.
Once your payment is made, you'll promptly receive an SMS or push notification to inform you about the status of your payment.

For added peace of mind, you can always open Salmon app and check your transaction history to see all the transactions you’ve made.

If you don't see your payment or didn't get a confirmation, or if you have any questions, please contact Salmon Customer Service via our In-App Chat for help. To do so, first open the Salmon App, tap the Help icon, then tap Customer Service to talk to an agent.
